Eligibility Criteria

  • This promotion is available to all clients who open and maintain a live trading account with Riyadex Financial Markets LTD.
  • Accounts operating with leverage higher than 1:500 are not eligible.

Bonus Structure

Clients will receive a trading credit bonus based on deposits as follows:

First Deposit Bonus:

  • 50% bonus on first deposit
  • Maximum bonus: $500

Additional Deposits

  • 20% bonus on all subsequent deposits
  • First Deposit (FTD): The first fund added after account creation.
  • Subsequent Deposits: Any deposit made after the initial deposit OR any amount exceeding $1,000 from the first deposit.

Bonus Conditions

  • Bonus applies to deposits of $100 or more.
  • Maximum total bonus per client: $20,000 (base currency).
  • Only real deposits qualify (internal transfers, rebates, or commissions are excluded).
  • Bonus funds are non-withdrawable, but profits generated can be withdrawn.
  • Bonus may be used to support margin and absorb losses.

Withdrawal & Adjustment Rules

  • Any withdrawal from wallet will result in full deduction of the bonus credited.
  • If positions are open during bonus removal, Clients must maintain sufficient margin
    to avoid stop-out.
  • Bonus cannot be transferred between accounts.

Trading Restrictions

To ensure fair usage, the following practices are strictly prohibited;

  • Arbitrage trading (including latency arbitrage).
  • High-frequency or abusive scalping strategies.
  • Hedging strategies designed to exploit the bonus.
  • Use of multiple accounts or IP manipulation.
  • Concentrated trading behavior (e.g., majority volume in a single instrument or direction).

Risk & Margin Notice

  • Clients must maintain sufficient margin levels at all times.
  • Low margin levels may lead to liquidation of positions.
  • Bonus removal or withdrawals may increase exposure to risk.
  • Clients have the full obligation to keep a sufficient margin level within the promotion period, as Riyadex may not
    remind you when your equity/credit is less than or equal to 80%.
  • Withdrawal or bonus cancellation might result in a lower margin for your positions and might cause liquidation
    due to insufficient margin. Clients should carefully consider their risk tolerance level and financial situation prior
    to making any withdrawal request.

General Terms

  • This promotion cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Clients must complete one promotion before joining another.
  • Any misuse or violation may lead to account termination.

Riyadex reserves the right to:

  • Cancel bonuses.
  • Remove profits generated from misuse.
  • Disqualify accounts.

Riyadex Financial Markets LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time.
